How it works

One root a page, the way the book teaches it

  1. 01

    Learn the root

One page, one root — where it came from, what it means, and its Bangla sense in a line.

  2. 02

    Unlock the family

Whether you meet it inside con-, de- or in-, the same root opens a whole family of words.

  3. 03

    Practise what you forget

Cards come back exactly when they are about to slip — not on a fixed schedule.

What's inside

A reference book that practises with you

Bangla on every word

Nothing is left as an English gloss. Every one of the 5,000 words carries its own Bangla meaning.

The prefix, spelled out

con + struct → construct. You see how the word was built, so you can build the next one yourself.

Three ways to practise

Flashcards, English → বাংলা and বাংলা → English, all drawn from the same root.

The book's own exams

All 31 level exams, exactly as printed — 20 questions each, marked, with the answer key.

Find any word

Search 310 roots and 4,967 words in English or Bangla, and jump straight to the root page.

A word journal

Log the words you meet in the wild, note where you saw them, and keep them with their root.

Five volumes, one tree

Levels 1–15 build the foundation. Levels 16–31 finish the tree.

Every level is ten roots, a review table, an exam and a journal page — exactly as the printed books are set. Nothing is cut, and nothing is re-written.
